Gardman has appointed Steve Harper as sales director and added two other highly experienced garden industry professionals to their senior sales team. Harper has 16 years’ experience in the industry, specifically as sales director at William Sinclair Horticulture and MD of the start-up pear-free growing media company Vital Earth. Harper joined from Bord na Mona, where he was head of UK sales and is currently chairman of the Growing Media Association. Lolly Lee has also been promoted to regional sales director, while Terry Murphy takes up the role of national sales manager to complete the re-shuffle.

The newly promoted general manager Peter Callaway is now supported by the former restaurant general manager Ben Harrison, who has been promoted to assistant general manager of the centre.
