Come along and see BNM UK at GLEE (Hall/Stand: 18K16-M17) and you could win a load of free growing media to retail in your garden centre or nursery – a mixed load of 22 pallets of peat-free Vital Earth and peat-reduced Growise in fact!
All you have to do to be in with a chance is visit the stand, look out for the competition area and then guess how many tonnes of green garden waste on average are used in England and Ireland to make a year’s worth of Vital Earth and Growise growing media. Just make your guess on the entry forms provided, fill in your details and pop your entry into the box provided. The winning entry will be drawn at the end of the last day at GLEE – that’s Tuesday, September 16th – so you have plenty of time to get involved.
Vital Earth with its range of growing media and soil improvers including specialist blends is entirely peat-free. It is made from green waste – last season’s plants, grass cuttings and hedge clippings – combined with forestry by-products and naturally sourced nitrogen, using a high tech computer-controlled in vessel system, so the products are completely sanitized and free from weed seeds, pathogens and contamination. Its peat-reduced sister product, Growise is also made by replacing increasing amounts of peat content with similarly composted green waste, resulting in top quality growing media.
