Secateurs awarded best buy from Which Gardening

Darlac have been awarded the number one best buy for Secateurs on test in this month’s Gardening Which magazine, as well as taking second place – achieving the highest marks awarded in 2014.

Darlac achieved the number one slot with their DP332 Compound Action Pruner – scoring 93% overall and second place with 86% for their DP1033 Expert Bypass Pruner (small).

Darlac Ltd has been steadily growing as a company for many years and has a huge following with gardening enthusiasts up and down the country. Its trade sales have recently been reported as being up by 49 % in the first five months of trading as the company continues to grow at a rapid rate.

Company spokesman, Peter Darban said: “This latest report in Gardening Which magazine truly is a testament to the many years of shear (excuse the pun!) hard work that we as a company have put in to creating an extensive portfolio of gardening tools and accessories, offering everyday gardeners tools of extremely high quality and excellent value-for-money. Each year we have to pinch ourselves at how well we have done yet again, whilst we strive to continue to achieve even better and bigger offerings – although never taking anything for granted.

We are particularly excited at the moment as we work towards launching our biggest and best NEW product to date, which is due to be launched in February next year. Regrettably that’s all I can say at the moment, other than I feel sure that  as many garden centres and retail outlets as possible will want to stock this item,  as we are truly confident that it’s unique features will ensure high demand with consumers across the land”.

Darlac’s DP332 and DP1033 secateurs are just two of a whole host of gardening tools and accessories available from the extensive Darlac brand which can be viewed at: www.darlac.com or for stockist details call Darlac on: 01753 547790.
