Briers, the design-led gardening products specialist, will showcase its extended Gruffalo? range of children?s outdoor clothing and gardening accessories at Glee this month.
Colourful, trendy and manufactured in high quality materials, Briers’ Gruffalo clothing protects children from the elements all year round. The expanded collection includes new boots, clogs, and a hat, glove & scarf set. Gardening gloves are also added.
Briers has complemented this exclusive range of licenced products with a Gruffalo picnic blanket, padded kneelers, folding camping chair and a pop-up bag.
The Gruffalo tools range now includes a newly-designed watering can, rake, fork and trowel. An extendable spade, lawn rake, soil rake and sweeping brush are also in the pipeline. The Gruffalo tool bag, containing the Gruffalo? watering can, rake, fork and trowel, completes the range.
Based on the popular character created by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, the GIMA (Garden Industry Manufacturers Association) award-winning Gruffalo collection is Briers? first fully licensed product offering. The range was an instant hit when it launched in 2011 and sales have grown rapidly since.
Jackie Eades, managing director at Briers, said: ?We are excited to be adding to the Gruffalo collections. These products have captured the imagination of young gardeners everywhere. We plan to continue to make gardening fun for children whatever the weather.?
Briers? products can be found at Wilkinsons, B&Q, Dobbies, The Garden Centre Group, Blue Diamond and Garden and Leisure as well as independent garden centres, DIY stores and fashion retailers. Briers also supplies major national wholesalers such as Decco.
Glee takes place at the NEC Birmingham 14 – 16 September 2014. Briers is exhibiting on stand H05 in Hall 19.
