Marie has joined Crest from Gardman bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from the garden and home-style market where her priorities included sourcing, negotiation, range simplification and analysis. Prior to her work at Gardman, Marie was at Brand Addition based in London, where she was responsible for the creating, sourcing and development of promotional merchandise on behalf of some of the world?s leading brands.
Marie joins Crest with focus on improvement to the Kent and Stowe, Flopro, Plantpak by Crest ranges as well as seeking promotional opportunities, completion of the brands and any new product development.

Natalie Searle joins Crest Garden from the Royal Horticultural Society, where she spent 5 years as their marketing manager in the media and events teams. Natalie brings with her a vast knowledge of the garden market; her expertise are in traditional and digital marketing, which includes web development, SEO, analytics, social media and advertising.
Natalie joins with focus on developing our current marketing propositions, brand position, packaging, display, overall group literature and social media to allow the Crest brands to become more consumer focused and therefore desired in garden centres across the UK.
